Step 1. Fold the bottom corner up to the top corner.

Step 2. Fold the left corner up past the top, angled out.

Step 3. Fold the right corner up the same way.

Step 4. Fold the left side point behind.

Step 5. Fold the right side point behind.

Done. Make a stem from a second sheet, or tape it to a straw.
