How to Fold an Origami Fish Base

Step 1. Start white side up. Fold in half from corner to corner, then unfold.

Step 2. Fold the lower left edge to the center line, then unfold.

Step 3. Fold the lower right edge to the center line, then unfold.

Step 4. Fold the upper left edge to the center line, then unfold.

Step 5. Fold the upper right edge to the center line, then unfold.

Step 6. Fold both right edges to the center line at once. The right corner stands up. Flatten it upward.

Step 7. Do the same on the left side.

Done. This is the fish base.
